Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui recently addressed the ongoing social media scrutiny surrounding his personal life, emphasizing that he has become accustomed to it. Despite criticism regarding his personal relationships, Siddiqui remains unperturbed by digital chatter, stating, “Aadi ho chuki hain hum toh iss cheez ki. Earlier, I used to feel sad, but ab nahi because everything is a lie on social media.”
Known for his diverse roles in films like "Sacred Games" and "Raat Akeli Hai," Siddiqui critiques social media’s portrayal of reality, noting, “The image that is portrayed, it is never the truth.” Reflecting on his own experiences, Siddiqui admits to having misjudged fellow actors based on online personas, only to find them different in person. “I used to form opinions about actors based on what I read online, but upon getting to know them personally, I found they were quite different,” he says.
